2023: Twente Airport - Rotterdam
In the Pentecost weekend FMO will participate in the Roparun again.
The FMO team (team #202) will leave on Friday afternoon for Twente and stop to have dinner at the Gravin van Vorden owned by former FMO colleague and Roparunner Nico Mensink. The start is on Saturday 27 May at 12:50 hours from Twente airport. The finish is on Monday 29 May at the Coolsingel in Rotterdam. The team expects, after having run 530 km, to arrive in Rotterdam between 14:00 and 15:00 pm on Monday afternoon. And would definitely like to be welcomed by a lot of FMO colleagues!
After the start at airport Twente, the team will run south through the Achterhoek to Arnhem go further south to Brabant and Limburg and have a base camp in lovely Oploo (at Huubs place). The route continues in direction of Venlo, further to Eindhoven and Breda, while having our second base camp in Made at Victors sister place. The route continues to Bergen op Zoom and then north over the Hellegatsplein to Rotterdam, where the finish is on the Coolsingel.
